Must be 400 photos odd, not much of a story but i just use that page to post all of my landy things. takes a bit longer to narrow it down the the interesting bits and write a story for you guys. I was away tonight and picked up a Canon 5D mk2 so should add some more quality to the photos and allow me to do some proper videos not just on my phone. Ill keep you in mind, no plans yet for selling, already seeing wee things that need addressed. rocksliders tomorrow. -Ged |

Thanks guys, i had to move the defender out of the shed i was renting, so the rush was on this weekend to get everything back together enough to take it home, So the sliders went on and tightened up all the steering components aligned ish by eye and loaded everything in the shed into the landy and the other cars and headed home. First proper long drive in her and she handed amazing the airbags are so plush even with id say half a ton in the back. Still alot of work to do but least i can walk 20ft and shes there.

lol its great fun on the road, but it does like to spin the tyres.
Bit of rework today with the rock sliders, they where too close too the front and needed moved back 10-15mm to be centered and so off they came.apperently engineers should be allowed welders.. :S anyways while louis took into that. i went and got her first bath in a year, Naturally couldn't resist a few snaps even if the sliders wherent fitted. Also started getting the speakers mounted and the tow bar electrics sorted. pics on that soon Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Backwards to go foward but hey ho least i wont have too look at it all the time -Ged |

Really good Ged, Are you going to fit a winch?
If so would be rude not to use a feed from the Large Power Steering Pump to a nice utility type Hydraulic winch!! Working towards Carry on camping! |
