Yes a chap called reece myres is making the adapter plate and a billet one peice input gear. I gave him a hand designing up some of the conversion bits hes a nice guy to deal with.
Heres a few pics of the gear and plate on the gearbox, its a whack of 25mm plate. not hard to knock up either. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge -Ged |

Probably one of the biggest updates with the least pictures
Been hammering away at the 130 for a few days now with some help. 90% of the main wirings now complete. Front ends on and loosly in place for some more testing. Front bumpers on DRL's front fogs wired, winch wiring in place and the fans now woring on the rad. Also got the central locking wiring run to the doors. id need to get someone to paint them as i dont have an oven and its far too cold for it now. Apologizes for the lack of detail but ive been in the zone. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Moved onto the exhaust after that some dissasembly required Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Away with my friend for some TIG work now. Then onto some wiring to finish on friday added a voltage gauge as im on my 2nd new alternator now since the 1st was faulty from the factoy. This has definitely taken over as best defender on this site, specially as your doing the work yourself in my opinion. Great work , keep the updates coming

Cheers for the support, Slowly getting there. Ive been out with cardboard and a tape today getting the sliders and transmission tunnel sized for material. Think im settled on this design for the rocksliders, I always liked the step created by tree bars but they are super heavy and poorly made in some cases so Louis has made some dimple dies on the lathe and ive been itching to use them. Get them out for laser next week possibly.

Cheers guys appreciate the support.
The exhaust was TIG welded by a friend of mine whos enjoys it as a pass time. It will be an interesting comparison/contrast alright andrew. Ill be calling up as soon as the LS3 is back on the emerald isle. for research purposes of course... Bit of a wide ranging update as ive been a bit lax on the updates here. Been working away on the last section of the exhaust and cant decide what exits i like so ill post up the 2 ideas ive tried so far. Im committed to dual exits in front of the rear wheels just not sure on the exit design. Click image to enlarge Straight 3" Click image to enlarge Slash cut 2 1/2 Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Not sold on either yet. As you do a quick video of me acting the yob making smoke and turbo noises. Potato cam footage unfortunatly lol So i got the centre section of the exhaust mounted on rubbers and the front section hard mounted to the engine before the flexi. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Also added another performance mod to the engine. Piston driven lift pump with custom spacers to provide 9psi of fuel pressure to the VE helps keep it going at over 3k rpm. The std diaphram pump managed around 3psi. Which quickly drops off under full load Especially once you start opening her up. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Last edited by Red8eard on 27th Nov 2016 10:58pm.
