Oh I see. These look like them, but be extra sure to check.
You can easliy get some unslit convoluted tube from VWP or eBay or similar and make up yourself.
Some thinwall auto cable would go with it well too.
IIRC, tails are around 45cm from factory.

For the other connectors I used Superseals.

Pics of mine, none of the seat back though sadly but you can get them up in there with a fiddle.
I didn't take off the adhesive tape on the backrest ones in case they ever needed replacing. They cannot move anywhere anyway.

Mick - Yes, not a bad job at all but best to remove the whole seat and do the job indoors or on a bench.
No tools needed.
There are pics on here I think I have put up a while ago, if you can't find any I do have some pics.
May give you a better idea as to how it all comes apart.

James - Yes, something like that.
I have them myself, PaulMC here has them and can sell you them inc OE wire tails to fit for a factory finish.
Around £15 I think.
I'd drop him a 'PM'. Thumbs Up

Nice one Thumbs Up

United Kingdom 2014 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Aintree Green
Good day All,

Apologies for digging up an old thread but figured this was better than opening a new one.

Having recently upgraded to full leather XS seats from my half-leather versions, I have noticed that the heating isn't all that great and only after 15 mins do I get a very slight sense of them warming up. I know a cloth seat will transfer heat faster but am curious if anyone knows if I need to change a fuse and/or relay or perhaps the switch?

I did ask my dealer and was advised they would look into it and get back to me but a week has passed and the follow up call resulted in more of the same.

Chilly mornings ahead and would be nice to have a decent amount of heat while I wait for heat from the heater! Smile

Thank you in advance,

P
