How to undo the belt tensioner?
Title says it all, pretty much, the WSM says "rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise" but how?... I don't have much grip on it...

1/2 square drive extension and bar through the 1/2" hole IIRC

You could be correct - I think I used a 1/2 bar for leverage with a 3/8 adapter on the end......

I knew there was a reason i bought an adaptor, but for the life of me couldn't remember why the other day! Solved the bowel problem, working on the consonants...

Maybe there are different castings/parts?

I'm now 99% sure mine is 3/8", check the sticky in this forum re. serpentine belt change. Solved the bowel problem, working on the consonants...

Yeap, you're absolutely right of course, I used the 3/8" adapter that I found in the torque wrench box... My bad!
