Swivel preload question.
Being used to bikes 1.4 kgs of preload on the bearings feels like a LOT. Should it be noticeable drag? I am measuring with a digital luggage scale and very nearly set it as 0.14 kg Rolling with laughter

As per WSM - and yes, it's noticeable Thumbs Up

While 0.14 will feel nice, it's likely to give you play once it's all together. Solved the bowel problem, working on the consonants...

Complete nightmare this, when I took off the CV's there was no axle collar on either side. Do all half shafts have that collar or was it deleted?

Thanks

James

Answered my own question. Yes they do and the part number is TYF000010. Looks like I will be another few days before the car is back together!

At least I can spend the rest of the day stripping the series 1. Smile
