Interesting post Tim. I have a 15 plate Puma, when did the 16MY actually start and can you tell from looking externally which drive shafts you have?

You can tell the model year through the VIN plate after the usual SALL.... your VIN will then give two letters before the last set of 6 numbers so DA189345 or EA097395 or FA873026 It is this that gives the year:
2012 - CA 2013 - DA 2014 - EA 2015 - FA 2015 - GA 2016 - HA The rear drive flanges referred to go from the separate one from the shaft which have the rubber cap on the end. To an all in one flange and shaft. |

Thanks Devon-Rover, looking at the V5 mine is GA so 15MY. I will have a look at the drive shafts tomorrow to confirm.
