Czech Republic 1999 Defender 130 Td5 HCPU Baltic Blue
I had the same problem - suddenly no lights. 4 of these headers were corroded or burnt. I made a quick and dirty solution - cut out these connecting header and solder together the right wires. There are more group of wires connected in one header. And using plenty of heatschrinking tubes for isolation and vibration proof. No more problems.

Only changing the header is not enough, it is necessary also to change the wire terminals. And of course, check also the other headers. "Drobek" = The Small One - Discovery 2, "Blufínek" = The Blue Thing - Defender 130, and for me at least Ford Mondeo Smile

Thanks Tom, I'm struggling to get hold of PaulMc, so it's looking like it might be the only option, thanks again 🙄

Sorted the problem, managed to get hold of PaulMc who sourced some header plugs out, absolute gent that I can't thank enough, so helpful.
Hopefully this will end my nightmare once I've fixed them, thanks to everyone for your help and guidance. Bow down 😁
