Looking good!
Fan covers would maybe suit the ammo box better but not a big issue. Rather than modding the handle could you fit a couple of u bolts either side of amp to protect it? Loads of sizes on eBay. Not going to get chance to look at mine for a month as away for the next three weekends. Off on Sat to Glen Affric to stay in a camping pod as kids have a long w/e off school. Like you still have a trailer to finish also! |

We were in a camping pod over half term, ace fun with the kids and this one was quite posh even had a DVD TV Will look at the clamps, was thinking about a cover but like that I idea. I have the grills and spacers so can look into that. |

Finally got mine finished.
Ran it for 4 hours yesterday without any drop in battery voltage. Goes pretty loud with hardly any distortion. Click image to enlarge |

Cool
I've added a different handle to mine, works great and as you say very loud, funny enough its in the kids lounge and I was in their this sunday doing some jobs and it was on most of the day Still not made it with a rechargeable battery its either powered or I use a AA Battery pack.
