Looking good , suprised it was modified prior to paint? Or are you fitting later dash/heater etc? When I did my bulkhead on the wolf I needed to do a few small mods but did them all prior to paint. 90 wolf - Jasmin http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic39408.html

It will need modding after paint as I wasn't aware of the changes between years. Assumed all TD5 bulkheads were the same. Any bare metal will be treated. 1999 Defender TD5 110

I read the post and then the pm. I was about to say what a brilliant idea it is of you putting a parts list up.
Top job. |

I went through my head thinking what do I need, and then thought, other people might like to know as well.
I should have purchased wheel arch spat clips, head lining clips as well. I am sure there are other bits I should have ordered as well. Some bits like, heater control cables might not need swapping but the one that controls the lower vent flaps has snapped and to replace needs a bit of work. 1999 Defender TD5 110 Regards John M0VAZ Econet Station 48 no clock |

I think the loom was pulled back from engine bay into the front seat area 1999 Defender TD5 110

Progress, dash back in (lower half), steering column mounted, air filter housing, heater matrix, more wiring loom, pedals in place.
Still to do; wings bonnet grill windscreen doors rest of dash board While the front end was exposed, I asked them to swap the intercooler. The old one had a small hole in the turbo inlet side so some oil was evident on the front chassis leg (at least that won't rust). Not sure how much difference it will make to the driving of the 110. Blanked off with a plate riveted on and sealed with tiger seal.
Had I known those holes were not needed, I would have had them welded up and sprayed so not visible. 1999 Defender TD5 110 Regards John M0VAZ Econet Station 48 no clock |

In addition to the parts listed above, a few Rivnuts were needed to mount the steering column and heater matrix. 1999 Defender TD5 110

Don't suppose you have a pic of the lugs that the windscreen surround sits on? And a wider pic of roughly where they are on the bulkhead. Ray
