New MAF fitted, no real difference from what I can tell, maybe my expectations were too high! The real test will be tomorrow on a cold start, and I will keep track of the fuel consumtion. Haven't had time to fit the turbo seal yet, perhaps in the weekend.
One thing I noticed, when standing still and revving, on the high revs there are black smoke coming. Normal? |

Black smoke normally means there is more fuel than air in the mix, when did you last change the air filter? It could if you only do short runs in it that it needs a good blow out on the motorway. 90 wolf - Jasmin http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic39408.html

Air filter is due, new one in the backseat
I only do 6 km in the morning, and then 6 km home normally. Will try to take a longer drive this weekend! |
