Lovely vehicle, presumably in Masai Red?
Seeing your post and that nice early One Ten is what has made me register on here today. Like you I also have a 1983 hard top, but it has a factory V8 in it. It was what began my enthusiasm for One Tens, about 7 years ago. Only have 3 now! Would be nice to see that hi-cap after a bit of a clean.  |

Good on you for registering, glad to be part of your decision to do that. A v8 wld certainly pull better than a 2.25 diesel!!
I will post pics when I've tidied it up a bit. Going to remove the ifor Williams canopy. Drivers door needs replacing too, plenty to do this coming winter, oh my poor wife!!   2006 TD5110 station wagon

I've just had a look at your Hard Top in your gallery. Now that is very nice. It looks like the original paintwork. Would I be correct in saying the colour is Light Green? If so, a very uncommon colour on One Tens, compared to the much more popular (at the time) Trident Green. I don't think there is anything wrong with a 2.25 diesel, as long as you are used to them, and know what to expect! I think, like mine, it has had the rear crossmember replaced. It is rare to find a One Ten utility that hasn't been abused and worked to death over the last 33 years. Or even owners who appreciate them.......... |

The hard top is trident green, hoping to take it to the show in Peterborough this weekend. I'm looking forward to walking around the campsite looking for similar early 110's. Walking around the campsite is as good as the show. I really enjoy seeing the variations of camping set ups, vehicle set ups etc. 5 more sleeps!!! 2006 TD5110 station wagon

That's ^ the Ninety/One Ten brochure.
The earlier One Ten (only) brochure is often available on ebay and is a nice thing to own, if you are into them. |

That's fab, having an '85 90, you notice the things like the hole in the lower grill and the lack of side repeater indicators
