1993 Defender 110 200 Tdi CSW Firenze Red

Speedo lights

Just in the process of fitting a Raptor new instrument panel and looking to solve the poor speedo light. Discovered that one of the green lenses was broken. Any ideas or how to get into the speedo to get the broken ones out and what to replace them with? Thinking of upgrading to LED bulbs whilst I have access but ideally don't want them to be green. Photo with the hole where the holder should be.

It's on a '93 200 Tdi if that helps at all...

Thanks spud. Bulb swap is done ok now.

Guess hand books don't cover "we used chap plastic parts so when the white bulb holder snaps off and leaves the green lends inside the speedo, well, you're on your own with the rattling from here to eternity...."

If you undo the speedo cable and withdraw the bulbs and connections then withdraw the instrument panel you can hold it upside down and give it a shake. Any luck the offending bits will fall out! 1982 88" 2.25 diesel

Super,glue! Hopefully that will solve the problem! Guess I stick with Greek lights but from an updated LED bulb.
