Hi Brian,

Yes we did and although 95% of the time the weather was pretty poor. However that didn't stop us from having a lovely time. We stopped 10 mile north of Oban in a nice little camping and caravan club site. We did Ben Nevis while there along with Mull and Iona. Two miles up the road we visited an lovely pub while the sun was out on Loch.....erm can't recall name....

God's country...it is lovely Thumbs Up

Thanks for asking - been putting the camper to good use?

Looks like Loch Creran, which means you must have been at the C&C Club site at Barcaldine.

Lovely area, drive through it numerous times a week for work. Shame the weather has been so poor of late.

Yes, yes, yes and yes Thumbs Up

The pub / Inn just there we walked to was rather nice too.
I have to say all the prices seem a bit steep everywhere for eating out? Or is it just me?

Lovely area tho Thumbs Up

Everything gets more expensive round there at this time of year as all the rich folk come up to their holiday homes for the summer.
