More importantly, did the new owner get a free fire extinguisher?

Gosh, I never thought to ask Chris I think the new owner realised what he was buying in to as it was collected on a trailer My confidence has been writing cheques that my abilities can't cash for years. |

Haha don't worry about it!
If you could tap him up about the £1m he owes me and Ian for the 'only tdi throttle cable in the Highlands' I'd be grateful though Last edited by Chris86 on 3rd Aug 2016 10:32pm. Edited 1 time in total |

I will certainly remind him,
That will add to his losses on that vehicle quite nicely My confidence has been writing cheques that my abilities can't cash for years. |

That 90 was the source of much mirth that weekend.
I genuinely didn't know what to say when I asked jason what was up with it on the estate when it stopped and He replied 'The throttle is on fire!' Followed by 'It's ok I put it out with my drink' Awesome. Chris |

Was there ever any word on the feature in LRO or indeed any sign of pics from Ian?
Hope everybody is keeping well. |

I know Ian has got a lot on at the moment, i need to speak to him at the weekend so I'll nudge him again!
There is some information in this month's Lro. It's disappointing sadly, they have been very selective with what they have published- it's ended up in the readers landrovers section with mostly stuff about our 110. We sent approx 15 pictures of the trip and a bit of a write up on what we had got up to. They then asked us for a handful of our 110- they are the ones they have used. Im a bit gutted to be honest. I was expecting a bit of info about 'us' in a side panel and a load of photos of the trip as the main article- instead it looks like the trip was an afterthought. Chris |

Chris,
Can you pop up a picture / photo of the page showing what they wrote please? G My confidence has been writing cheques that my abilities can't cash for years. |

That was a great weekend.
Well if we have a re-run then I and my crew and more than up for it. Might take along my brother and one of his kids as well...... And if in October, I reckon we will camp - we'll just take some extra blankets. Cheers Andy |
