Just had my first problems
After 1.5 years of hassle free motoring I have had me first problem Big Cry Pluged her in and got this Shocked :

I am old school engines... not so much this ECU telling me what to do. Anyhow 10 mins on Google got me this:

P167B- Fuel Injector Learning Not Done
P0562- System Voltage Low
P068A- CM/PCM Power Relay De-Energized Performance - Too Early
P0234- Turbocharger/Supercharger "A" Overboost Condition
P1103- Throttle to air flow plausibility not active.Last occurrence - maximum signal
P0100- Mass or Volume Air Flow "A" Circuit
P0299- Turbocharger/Supercharger "A" Underboost Condition
U0001- High Speed CAN Communication Bus
P1643- CAN link to ABS ECU.Implausible signal/condition
U0300- Internal Control Module Software Incompatibility

I have reset them all now and will see how it goes, but bit concerned that the car stalled on me (was only doing 10mph at the time).

Anyone had similar problems?

Glyn :sheep:

Fault
I am no expert, but it seems to me there is too many faults there and some conflicting ones. I have seen this type of thing before with a low battery voltage problem.

I know in might be stating the simple solution but have you checked the battery and terminals ? One of your faults was "low voltage" it could be that it was the cause of all the others.

Its not likley that you have a throttel, MAF, comms, and turbo fault all at the same time.

P0100 and P0299 faults are being rectified on my Landy on Tuesday by LR. The fix is a new EGR/Turbo harness as the wiring is stretched. LR now do a modified harness to solve this issue. Also getting a new EGR valve under warranty

The U001 and the P1643 appeared after I had been playing about with the nanocom, plugging it in and out a few times. These faults were reset and have not reappeared. The only constant faults I receive are P0299 and P1935 which should be fixed Tuesday!

P1643 CAN Link Engine Control Module/Transmission Control Module Circuit/Network
P0562 System Voltage Low (Fault code under: Vehicle Speed, Idle Control and Auxiliary Inputs)

Cheers for the input everyone..... now I am miffed!

Went for a short drive after deleting the codes and most of the codes have gone and not come back Thumbs Up other than 2:

P167B- Fuel Injector Learning Not Done
068A- CM/PCM Power Relay De-Energized Performance - Too Early

And 2 more have appeard Sad

P0606- Control Module Processor
P0404- Exhaust Gas Recirculation "A" Control Circuit Range/Performance

So looks like you are in the right area Bri..... Will call LR assist when I get back from UK this weekend..... Would much rather it go to a UK dealer (Ripon) for the work though (German LR dealers are complete W@NK). Will see how it goes.

Glyn, don't reset these codes as LR will only do the warranty work with them showing on the ECU, so you should get a new EGR and wiring harness. You probably already know this but anyone else reading this post who doesn't know should be aware that the serious codes should not be cleared from the ECU as that is what the dealer basis the work on, ie No faults listed in ECU = No problems with Landy. Thumbs Up

I can see that if I get a fault reader I'm going to be alerted to all the invisible codes that the system logs. I'll be driving around paranoid and worried the whole time Laughing

Maybe I should live in blissful ignorance Shocked One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS

I have been... I guess that is why there were so many codes there like overboost.... All turbo cars do it every now and then, but when she cut out today I am glad I could read it as it gives me an idea what is going wrong Thumbs Up and whether IU should be super woried or not.

Thats what happened to me.

EGR...blank it by a remap...ignore the fault, get a new one (how much) or what? Mike

Did you short circuit the power supply of the wich shortly or so?

Is just the fault codes or is it driving faulty? WANTED:

Is that at me?

Driving fine - except changing MPG - everyso often it logs either EGR stuck open or Stuck Closed.

I think there is an intermittant fault (i did ask the dealer though, when in warrant, so dont start me!) Mike
