Our Aussie 90s have a rear exiting exhaust which creates a different issue,...at around 100kph the mudflap gets pushed up by the airflow into the path of the hot exhaust gas, which then proceeds to melt the mudflap!!

Mud flap stiffeners as installed by Land Rover Hong Kong where the law requires this on front and back. Both on a 110 and on a 90. Something like this surely will solve the problem.

They look pretty good Eric, I've never seen anything like that.
The only thing I would say is that if the mudflap hit something, instead of bending/flexing,...it might instead bend the bracket? Pickles. |

I tow but I've never had this. However I take mine off road and I have a small hole drilled in the bottom amd zip tie them to the rear bumper/lift handles. 2014 - current ..... 2003 defender td5 90 (my car)
