Can someone help identify a few other bits and bobs please?

I think I have the blue plug on mine as well (1999 engine) - No idea what its for 1999 Defender TD5 110

The blue plugs are a type of connector block, there are a good number of them dotted around the wiring, they do have a tendency to corrode inside though

the blue plug thing is none as header i.e.
