Alarm interior movement sensor !
How do I set the alarm without the interior movement sensor (dog sets it off) The manual says set the alarm with the drivers door open then shut the door. If I do that a get two beeps for a "can't set alarm" ? 2004 110 CSW (Called Yoda)

Do you have remote central locking? If so, simpy lock the door with the key, not the remote.

Simplest solution is to stick some insulation tape over the perimetric sensor.

Or if yoy never want to use it. Unclip it from the headlining and unplug it. You can put it back afterwards.

Simali, it will honk twice but still set the alarm afterwards. Once you close the drivers door the volumetric sensor will now be deactivated amd the alarm will sound only if a door or bonnet is opened. It does work. 2010 Range Rover MkIII Autobiography Super Charged (Idris)
