Sump over pressure ventilation is normal until a certain extend. Could you take a pic of the damping (Smoke) and oil residue in engine intake hose (From intercooler to intake manifold)? And what is the car's mileage? Then you'll know whether its on par or to much.

That smoke it's normal when engine is warm, try to check when the engine is cold.
But 1 L of oil on 2000km is too much, (mine has 110.000km and do not eat oil) Check the injector copper seal (you need to remove the injectors and renew the copper seals). It is typical for this engine eat oil sucking from the injectors if the seal is/are damaged (oil came from camshaft room).
