Did this fall off our 110?
I found this nut in our parking area, close to where we park our other car. It looks like a shock absorber nut to me.

I doubt it was from the LEAF, we would hear the rattle and it is only 2 1/2 years old.

Might have fallen off the 2005 Combo van we part-exchanged for the Defender or some random car.

I think that that is actually a plumbing fitting of the ball valve (float valve) from someone's water cistern. It doesn't look Defenderish to me.

Trying to figure out where it came from. Glad it isn't from the 110.

We don't have a cistern.

Best guess is it bounced or was thrown in to our parking area. Couldn't have rolled that far, our parking area is all gravel.


I've put with with other scrap metal waiting for my next trip to the tip / recycling centre.
