Leaking sensor on the back of the transfer box....
Just in front of the hand brake drum on the rear of the casing.

6000 mile old TDCi 2.2. Enough fluid to be worth fixing.

Anyone know what the part number is and how easy it is to change?

Im not having a dealership do it if its a £7 sensor and a 10 minute job!

(YBE100530 speed sensor) but the sensor is not the bit that leak. is the fitting and seal in the transfer box, had to replace my one sum year ago not ten minute job

My understanding is that the late 2.2 with DSC don't have this sensor any more. But I could and have been wrong! Embarassed  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top
