I'm using it in my 200Tdi and she hasn't complained.

nope it should be 5-30 fully synthetic to the correct spec.

recently had some issues with an oil brand at work that I wont name on here but has a high evaporation rate and results in too much oil mist entering the closed circuit breather system, carbonising the turbo and intercooler etc. I would always suggest using a premium brand of the correct grade and spec DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,

Thanks for the advice. I'm used to much cruder LR engines which will take any old lube. 1999 Td5 110 CSW

yes older engines are generally less fussy but the emissions kit creates all sorts of extra considerations DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,
