Brakes

Hi all , Hoping I can get some help on this one ? I have a defender 90 2007 non abs and the problem im having is there is to much travel in brake pedal before it starts to brake , Probably I would say about half way down , All the pads are ok it pulls up in a straight line , there's no air in the system if I pump the pedal it does not make any difference , There's no fluid loss ,The wheel bearings are ok so not pushing pistons back in , I've clamped rubber hose on rear and made no difference and each front wheel and the pedals still the same . I fitted a new master cylinder about a year ago after it started leaking could it be this again or could it be the servo . Any ideas really appreciated because I don't want to spend money I aint got to eliminate things . cheers daz ..

2011 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Stornoway Grey

I would suggest clamping off the rubber brake lines front and back (to isolate front/back calipers/cylinders). is still not working correctly then the problem is master cyl end. If ok remove a clamp and pump pedal to check that part of system.. and so on.

Use proper brake hose clamps not mole grips. 1953 80"

Thanks Mr James for input , Replaced master cylinder and bleed through using easy bleed and unfortunately there's no result the pedal fells exactly the same . Does anyone think it could be a servo issue ..Cheers Daz .
