Anyone on here have a PV array ?
If so, do you clean them and with what ? |

I have them. Cleaned mine with long reach car brush pole and baby shampoo 2 years ago, still perfect
Not meant to use any product but I had greasy residue on a couple. Just a drop or 2 of Johnsons though! |

I had them installed, just a few days ago! Asked the technicians for he need and how to clean them, they answered just once a year in the spring wash with mild soap and long brush to clean of any algae then rinse.
I must say it really is a funny (but most welcome) sight to see the electricitymeter running backwards! If its not a hassle to reach, try just water and soft car brush first though. Mine get buried in snow in winter so have to clear them a lot! |

we've had some good weather here, so the panels have been earning £s.
we also have a heat pump - so our home running costs are pretty low |
