I haven't seen it yet but I look forward to seeing it.

If you look atChris Evans's format in the past, he takes over a role, keeps it fairly the same, then when He is settled in he makes it his own, like he did with the Terry Wogan breakfast show which was the dreariest crap I ever heard on the radio. He made a point of trying not to upset the old dears at first who were the old audience, then gradually made the changes and increased the figures to over8 million listeners. You can't argue with that, he does it well.

There's so much anti-ginger comments online right now aimed at him, it's very small minded. I think it will get better, and I bet you that when The Grand Tour starts on Amazon, there will be loads of people moaning that it's just those three doing the stupid stuff they used to on Top Gear. No one will be happy. 2016 D4 HSE

I didn't think it was as bad as many, but then having got bored of the previous, perhaps I had lower expectations. I am however surprised and disappointed to find that Chris Harris is only BBC3. In my opinion he and Sabine are the saving grace. Chris Harris writing was a joy to read and the man can drive and knows his cars. He is the counterpoint to the far too American Le Blanc and the shouty Ginner.

But I haven't written it off yet.

I refuse to get Amazon because the rest of it is rubbish. I already have Netflix & Now so won't be watching that when it finally makes it out.

prime is worth it for the delivery aspect, the tv shows are just a bonus to me, able to pretty much order anything with free next day delivery... (even sundays sometimes Shocked )

add up all the times you play £3-5 delivery online over a year, prime starts to sound appealing... i just bought acf50 on it, similar price to everywhere else but free next day.. cant complain.

Just watched it on Iplayer - it wasn't that bad

Some of the stunts pulled by Clarkson & team were cringeworthy at best & I like Clarkson.

I used to like Wogan on the breakfast show & thought Evans was a prat, I actually like the show more now although Sarah Cox is a welcome change.

Well, with the stunning reviews here, (and everywhere tbh), I don't think I'll bother watching it...... Least there's still Roadkill and MCM to look forwards to :/

I watched it with my 14 year old daughter (I think the old TG audience demographic) and she enjoyed it - lets face the old three used to crash around in supermarkets on disabled scooters, it ended up being the Chuckle Brothers but with a bigger budget

Chris and Matt were both nervous, Matt did a decent VT on the Nomad, good quips to camera and made it enjoyable to watch. Some was the same old TG

Could easily watch Chris Harris for longer and he is wasted on BBC3 and Sabine is a laugh failing not to swear - she should do the car reviews, even I smiled when the Top Gun pilot vomited

Its a work in progress and better than the last dying days of the old TG. Lets face it old TG had some classic moments but most of it was drivel

I like car programs and there is little choice really...(uk versions anyway)

I watched with the Mrs (which is rare)

We both thought it was all right, Mat was better driving the cars talking to the camera, rather than next to Chris in the studio however overall it was fine and I guess he will get more comfortable.

I like Sabine (Transit van round the Nurburgring anyone?)

Lets face it, what ever they did be it change it all not they are dammed if they do and dammed if they don't. So we would never be happy.

Its on series link so I'm happy with it,

I managed to cringe my way through the short and snappy review of the viper and couldn't help thinking he was imitating Hammonds "this is really fast" scream, then gave up after the ten second review of the Corvette when they may or may not have damaged the cars bolting fake guns to the roof...

I heard they did something irresponsible on green lanes at the end?

I'm waiting expectantly for my Amazon prime/TV subscription to come in to it's own!

I guess it was pretty predictable I fast forwarded through most of it. Watched the Series 1 vs Jeep mainly because I live near Blackpool and it had some Land Rover content although I would imagine Ken Wheelwright who built the Series 1 ( now owned by JLR ) would have had a fit seeing what they did to the old girl thrashing it along the Prom and up Muncaster Rolling Eyes

I watched it and didn't think it was terrible.

I quite enjoyed the rally cross bit, usually the worst part of the show, shame they asked Jessie Isenburg who is the most boring person to watch.

Matt Le Blanc I think is great, quite a refreshing outlook.

My girlfriend did point out however that when Chris Evens puts on a crash helmet he looks like the Great Gazoo

Will be very interesting to see how the Amazon version goes.

For me the old TG became unwatchable.Three idiots just messing about. Confused

The new programe was better in every way.I supprisingly even liked Mat Leblanc. Embarassed
The new format for star in a rally cross car worked well,so I'll be tuning in next week.
Thumbs Up

Watched the first one but Evans shouting is too annoying and so is Le Blanc. Wont be watching the rest. Such a shame they ruined it, I used to love Top Gear.
