United Kingdom 2003 Defender 110 Td5 DCPU Belize Green
hockey sticks and trailing arms
hi all. quick question. are front and rear suspension arms the same on 300tdi, td5 and puma defenders. I also have a set from my old disco 300 tdi

its time for a re bush as they all look tired and have done 170,000 miles on my td5 110 and to make things easier, as its my daily drive, i'd like to obtain a set tidy them up and re bush then swap them over for the old ones. 110 double cab in belize green.
Few little mods here and there
300 tdi disco

No I don't think they are the same, or at least there are different types. The difference is with the width of them rather than length or anything else. They might be interchangeable as long as you have the correct bushes.

No doubt someone with more knowledge will be along soon to provide the detail of what parts can be swapped between models. But is not then you need to be on the safe side of getting the right part numbers for your year/model to be sure.

Could be all the same, on Defender a narrow type was used up to 1994 and the wide one from 1994 (300tdi), Difference would be in hockey stick to axle, have a quick peak to see if you see any differences, if not you can just interchange them.

All Disco 1's used the wide (new) type.

Hope you have a hydraulic press as changing them could be interesting without one.
