patriot rack for 110 on ebay

not mine, nothing to do with me, just saw it.

2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Tonga Green

Looks genuine. You know that all Patriot racks have a unique code number that is logged against the owner.

They're quite desirable so Patriot logs the ownership history. If you get the seller to PM you the code, you can verify that it's not been nicked (although this auction looks sound). One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS

Cricky I did not know that

I bought mine (in 2007) second hand and I know my brother doesn't have one but his was bought in about 2001 so that might be before they did this. Can you pm me the location of the code number Alan?

Where do you find this serial no? Is it stamped on the rack or accompanying paperwork? Formerly mao99999

Inside of one of the side rails, or the rear rail. It's there, you just have to look for it.

If you ring Karl from patriot once you have the rack, give him the serial number, he should be able to tell you if its been reported stolen or not. he cant tell you who its registered to though for obvious reasons.

I haven't collected the rack yet I've asked the seller for the serial no. so I can check before I buy. I don't think it's dodgy in anyway but it's plenty to lose if it is. Formerly mao99999
