Clonks and Pings sorted and Service etc
So my care was rattling away under power in 1st 2nd and 3rd when under power or lifting off. Also when doing small maneuvers forward and back a 'ping' really annoying and seemed to be getting worse.
Found a great garage near me, the owner has a RR (older one with TD v8 fitted?) and other mechanic has a TD5
I also asked them to look at the brakes as it was slightly pulling to the left.
Then the full fluid change and all filters, engine Oil, gearbox, transfer, diffs.
Service done for £150 cash, gears feel much smoother.
Rear noise was a worn Universal joint on the prop-shaft, I could not believe this could make so much noise rattles and pings, only one part was worn but what a difference.
Then the brakes pulling was a seized caliper, so new caliper fitted.
Just collected the car now and driven it back only 5 miles but...

So much so it deserves a present Think its stainless sills time as I was expecting a much larger bill. Always good when its an easy fix.
