Glad it was a good day for everyone.
I hear that some of you went off the proposed route and found some new lanes! Some of the best roads I've driven was by mistake, so you probably had more interesting day than the rest. Apologies for posting the wrong map on a previous post. The route should have been the one below (I blame a man cold for the error, as they are the worst ones to get). Yes I am!! Need to get the 90 fixed ASAP but if it's done in time I'd love to get there. Not a great history of actually making it to a Thetford trip but fourth time lucky!! 1994 Defender 90 300TDi

Ditto... might have to navigate the kids' weekend commitments but I'd love to join an outing soon... can't believe Thetford is only just up the road and I've not been yet in almost a year of LR ownership.

Sounds a good idea, but for regular outings can I suggest that joining the Beds, Herts & Cambs. would allow more choice of organised tours. They also go away for some great trips, Norfolk weekend and Salisbury Plain. See:
