Top it up. Any decent power steering fluid or ATF will do. You need to check why the level of the fluid has dropped. Get underneath and look up towards the reservoir to try to spot if there is fluid visible. Run your fingers along the pipework to feel if there is any fluid on them. The usual culprit is a loose joint in the pipework from the reservoir that you can tighten. Had the same issue with my 2008 Puma and it was easily solved by tightening up a loose joint. 1982 88" 2.25 diesel

I had the same problem on a 2008 110, It took me a while to find, but as Spudfan says loose clip under the reservoir. Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place, so it doesn't take much to  us off.

OK, thanks for the infos - appreciated. Going for Castrol power steering fluid. ATF huh, so it's not like mixing orange juice and milk? If I had more time I'd like to learn more about the materials science going on with lubrication... |
