1999 Defender 110 Td5 CSW Rutland Red
Sun visors
Gents

Day 4 of ownership and the sun visors are driving me mad. Live in a rural area and roads are a bit bumpy.

Every time the car goes over a bump they partially drop down. Both the drivers side and the passenger side. It's a 10 minute 7 mile run from home to work and I am constantly putting them back up.

Any solutions?!

Thanks in advance

Swap um for mine ?
I think you could hang the shopping of um and they wouldn't budge Laughing

But to try and answer your question - nope , can't think of a way to tighten up the operation,

Are new / used ones expensive ?

You might be able to loosen the screws securing them to the roof, and apply a little misalignment to the metal pivots before tightening them up again.
