Those are absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. You'd pick up mint Td5s for that money!!!! Sellers need to leave the crack pipe alone in the night |

I'd be unhappy paying more than a grand for that, given the volume of work that I can see and knowing that there'll be at least double that which I can't see. I'd be actively trying to get it down to £500.

£500! My mate just sold his 54 plate 407 for that with a years MOT.
Really you would be mad to offer anything more than £75 for the 90 in question. |

What do you want/need it for?
It's been well used - humped and dumped as I call it - but if you just need to keep it going as a truck for a couple of years before passing it on, a grand or fifteen hundred quid plus maintenance (and looking at that chassis a bottle of whisky for your friendly MOT guy), less what you'll get for it when it goes, makes economic sense. To turn this pig's ear into anything like a silk purse would cost a fortune, and in my opinion you could/should find a more sound example. Peter |

Where are all these cheap defenders??? I occasionally look online when toying with the idea of picking up another as a 2nd car/spare. Can only ever find tired old Disco's or 90s/110s in bits in the £1-2k range.
