I have a new oval LR badge for the back of my 90. It has a flat polished aluminium surface. I would like to glue it on, not rivet. Does anyone know what glue to use with sufficient strength that it won't easily fall off, but with properties that will allow its removal in the future without leaving damaged paintwork?
I'm thinking an Evostick style rubber based glue? Does anyone have any ideas/experience on this? |

Would you not be better using number plate tape?

Thanks Screbble. OCD and being an electrician I used cable offcuts as tile spacers. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

I was an electrician when I was alive and also have mild OCD....
That's probably why I noticed the high quality workmanship. I'd like to say that all electricians have an eye for detail and high standards but..... I do however think that electricians have the smartest looking Defenders......(with the exception of yours truly of course). |
