All I can say about dealers is that every dealer I have been in in the Oxfordshire region (not just Landrover) has been rather poo - hence why our 110 will be coming from elsewhere. 2011 110 USW

The 90 is now 1 yr old, i've had it since July and coverd about 4k miles without any problems.
It is going in for a warranty fix which is only the heated rear window, the top element does'nt work, picked up at the 1st year service and is on order. I have now bought 2 LRs from my local dealer and i think they have given an excellent service. Nothing has been too much trouble or an issue with them.

I often think that any business is made by the culture put in there by the management, so full marks for them. Thumbs Up BM52

All cars have faults of varying degrees - the more you look for a problem the more you will find one and the worse it will be. Mike

Funny my chosen dealership if I get one was going to be through Harwoods in Edenbridge. Just seem to be more personable than Croydon and Crawley!

Yeah it's just that some marques or models are worse than others of course. I want to know what I'm in for before I buy one, IF I buy one!

90 XS - Ex-Demo with 750m - Has now completed 7500m with no mechanical faults. And does it go!!!!!

There is a hill just outside Cardiff on the A48, 2 lanes up with a sharp L hander half way up. The number of Discoveries ( various ), Range Rovers ( various ), BMW X5s and X3s and even, to date 3 Porche Cayennes that I have overtaken on the bend, well I've lost track. But the Puma goes, and this is in 4th Gear. It's amazing.

Had 3 Puma's so far

First one was a early one, May 07 110XS,, Did 15k, inc offroad trips to Portugal and morocco, the rest , towing/working,, One warranty problem, a ABS sensor at 500 miles, and that's the lot

2nd one was a 09 110XS, another 13k put on it, again towing, and a hard trip offroad in Morocco,,, 2 issues,, one wire in the rear heated screen, and a small amount of rust on the rear tub capping, which was dealt with

3 rd is the SVX,, again no problems, bar the hood cover rear locating bar, a internal spring/catch broke, on the plunger pin,, Big deal Rolling with laughter , replace with no question,,

So all in all, 35k put on 3 of them, and no real issues,, Thumbs Up

The 4th, another 110 XS is due in 5 weeks , hopefully its as good as the last 3 Very Happy California F1, 75th 110 "Kermit", 50th Ann V8, 90 V8 Hybrid, 55 Series 1

Hi there

With 100,000 km I can said that no major issues has been appeard in the last 60,000 km. The only problem that leave me in the road was the clutch. The rest (sump, several leaks, vacuum pump. steering box, broken panels, water ingress) were annoying problems but do not impair the car.

Cheers! Eduardo
