[Wanted] Tractor/shoot vehicle.
Our pheasant syndicate has charged me with finding a vehicle capable of towing our Ifor Williams beaters trailer up a steep shingley and sometimes snowy hill track. Budget is a couple of grand and we are retireing our W reg 110 Series 3 to a happier place. What have you or suggest we buy?

110 Series 3 diesel for sale, solid but needs TLC to cosmetics. Mechanically not bad. 2008 RS4 gone, 123d M Sport, and a Puma 90 XS..

Sorry to be pedantic but there was never a 110 Series 3, it's a 109.

The 110 arrived in 1983 with coil suspension, I suspect you are talking of a 1981 W reg 109 Series 3, correct? Leaf springs etc. 2016 D4 HSE

It wont. My 90 with TC struggles and a D2 manual nearly lost its clutch and the ONLY vehicle that we have that can do it is a D4 HSE.
I had 18 plus 10 dogs in total. 2008 RS4 gone, 123d M Sport, and a Puma 90 XS..

probably not as pricey as you'd think... depending on the car being converted

We have an Argo and it would have no chance due to the weight and surface conditions. 2008 RS4 gone, 123d M Sport, and a Puma 90 XS..

Sounds from what you've said that a 4WD tractor is going to be the only option. Although I'm not quite sure how a Series 3 managed the task, but all the above suggestions wouldn't be able to? Unless it was a very heavily modified Series 3. 2005 Td5 | 90 Station Wagon | Tonga Green
