Yes telehandlers are fine for towing in good conditions (we bale cart with one) but in winter clearing ditches we have had to resort to pushing it along with the bucket.
Really though, you're spending a lot of money on a load of hydraulics that aren't of any help to you, if you want something slow then you'd be better with a tractor. |

You really need to extend your budget by at least 1500 - 2000+ or alternatively look to casually hire something modern and up to the task from a local farmer or similar. Steve.
