I'm thinking about buying these wheels but I don't know if they will fit my 2005 defender Very Happy

i believe they will.

7" wide rim (235>265 tyres)
16" wheel (for the majority of LR tyres and LR std fit)
5x165 is the right number of bolts and the spacing (PCD) for a defender
ET08 is a reasonable offset so will be entirely standard for a steel wheel. on a 265 tyre it will be slightly inside the wheel arch.
3200lbs is a good load rating.
