I much prefer the jet powered Defender. It was fitted with a Rolls Royce Nimbus 105 engine with I think came out of a Westland Wasp helicopter. Has anyone on here actually seen it - does it still exist?

Funny you should say that but the 1982 film version of Tron was on BBC 2 yesterday! I originally watched a video of it in the early 1980's and the resolution of the TV and VCR was rubbish so I thought the film was also rubbish but on BBC 2 yesterday on H D it actually looked quite good!! bloody hope not.. My 1986 90 is currently on a full rebuild, with new chassis, Paint etc.. Very much a hybrid, TD5 Chassis, tub & bulkhead with a 200TDI and LT77 GB Painted in Stornoway Grey 2 years off the road, but getting close to completion now
