Normally the question is will the Nakatanenga wheel carrier fit with a NAS step.
The answer is yes to a genuine NAS step, although the main bracket of the wheel carrier might need a firm push down behind the rubber of the NAS step. Sometimes the rubber step needs a slight trimming. Fitting a genuine NAS step should be straightforward. HTH Brendan |

Hello potspeedy
I have a NAS Rear Step with a Mantec Spare Wheel Carrier...(which also fits) Looking at your photo, and what looks like your Dixon Bate Adjustable Slider / Tow Hitch, which will fit to the NAS Step but will require some creative metalwork to brace at the lower section of the set-up as the whole assembly projects further back from the cross member / chassis with the NAS Step fitted...one additional thing to think about... As your naka wheel carrier is the earlier type it take quite a bit of modification of the wheel carrier bracket as I found when I fitted mine.

If you're not afraid of a grinder and a lick of spray then it'll fit. I made my nas style step fit to my nak single arm, made similar cuts to the above post. More needs a trim to seat it flush but its on the list of things to do 👍

Thanks guys.
Well, I'm not afraid of a bit of grinding...I will order an Nas step and fit it but that's my last concern now as I had to take out the engine... I will make a separate post about. |
