I use a CF18, works perfectly for my trips in the D3. I have a RAM mount for it and it sits nicely in the D3 with the wife navigating. Had no issues using it in either Morocco or Europe. Would recommend it without hesitation. I run it with an external GPS and it works well. There are newer faster GPS's on the market and I would prob go bluetooth next time if I had to, but then you need another power socket to keep it running/charged. 110 D250 SE HT

I use an early cf18 (and a cf19) with memory map, a usb gps and a Kensington power supply. All worked flawlessly for years. Cf18 is on xp and is used for map work only these days - never goes online. Cf19 on Windows 7. Sits nicely on top of the cubby box. Simple plywood mount designed but net yet made - I currently retrieve the toughbook from the footwell occasionally

iPad mini - I knocked up a cradle from the side of my old 90HT that I cut out for a window. Bolted it to a RAM arm and suction mount - works perfectly.
