Yep, the front is OK. Even without an ARB at the front, it doesn't articulate as much as the rear. I've not extended the front bump stops as the axle doesn't reach them and there is a lot more room anyway. Also no trimming required at the front.

Have recently fitted the same set up to my 05 110, mine just clip the inside edges of the front arches as well on full bump/full lock. I need to trim a touch more out of the back of rear arches too I think although I don't think I'll need to trim quite as much as you have- mine somehow seem to 'tuck in' more?
Fitted 255/85/16s to a friend's truck earlier this year on boosts. His fouled the rear spring seats on near full bump at the back-so fitted spacers Chris |

I had to trim the inward-facing lip off the front lower corner of each rear flare on my 110. I did the rear lower corners too. My 255s are on Blindos with a 14mm positive offset, and I haven't had any other contact issues.
I am however not optimistic about compatibility with tyre chains - I think that any attempt to use them would rip the flares off the vehicle and enlarge the arches is a rather raggedy manner! |

I have 255's on Freestyles (same offset as Boosts I think) and they are fine with standard suspension on my TD5 HT. No rubbing anywhere. ARBs have been removed.
^^^agree that chains would be a very tight/interference fit... cheers simon |

i think a lot depends on what wheels you use
the recommended size is 8 inch for best results boosts are 7" ? i used to use this size a few years ago and have gone back it to last year on a 2 inch lift without any issues |

Almost forgot to post a pic of the front's under full compression with the 255's (well almost - the axle was about 5 to 10mm from the bump stop). Looks very tight but still room without rubbing.
