I'm a real big fan of the look of the orange defender with the black add-ons, but, having a black 110 I certainly wouldn't re-spray it !!
Anyway I was wondering if anyone had seen the reverse done, i.e a black defender with orange chequer plate, roof rack and so on ? Do you think it would work ? Opinions and abuse welcome |

It wouldn't be for me, it may look a little..."Halfords' !
How about a full orange wrap? |

You could be right with G4, I'm a novice to this Defender malarkey, anyway, orange bonnet / roof looks pants
Powder coated accessories might work though |

If you want the ex RAC van look go for it, each to their own as people on here are fond of saying Steve.
Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades. Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW. [Insert something impressive here such as extensive list of previous Land Rovers or examples of your prestigeous and expensive items, trinkets, houses, bikes, vehicles etc] http://forums.lr4x4.com I used to be Miserable ...but now I'm ecstatic. |

Hello Motoberg
I recently drove a Thor Defender with just a few items given an 'accent' colour less is often more... but as we know for the purists nothing is always best... Click image to enlarge I think the Towing Eyes bolted to the Chassis Front and Back have both an aesthetic and practical reason to be signal orange...
