Hi CY88,
I've wired them so they come on with the side lights I did ponder on fitting a DRL controller which turns the DRL's on as soon as you start the vehicle and then switches them off when you turn the side lights on - or so I'm lead to believe thats what they do? But like most boys with new toys I had already set aside this weekend to fit all my LED's and didn't want to wait for it all to arrive which would mean waiting another week to fit! I might look in to it and fit a DRL controler in the summer when the weather is a bit warmer for working outside being as I am a fair weather worker 2010 Defender 90 HT The longer I live..... I've just ordered my next purchase to secure my new spare tyre and newly powder coated wheel (Tuesday this week!) on the back door. I've got to thank RRUK for this fine find! Thanks Adam... Where you go others are surly following !!

Snow cowl now fitted
Click image to enlarge Must thank GREENI I checked the drain bung in the inner wing for the heater intake and it was full of dirt! I could also see a water mark inside where water had been puddling! I cleared the bung out and run some fresh water through it and it all drained away nicely once cleared. With the new snow cowl now fitted it shouldn't block up again. Thanks for the headsup on that 2010 Defender 90 HT The longer I live..... The better I was! |

Did you poke your finger through that drain bung? I remember when I did my TD5 it felt a bit weird!
Mine was also blocked with mud and leaves. Another astonishing Land Rover design right there. A big catcher to funnel water and crud at your heater to break it! 2016 D4 HSE 1998 110 TUM HS FFR Hard Top XD WOLF 1982 Series 3 SWB Petrol |
