Thanks, I read your thread, coupled with a few comments on this one makes me think its water issues! It has stopped in the main now (dried out) but did flicker on once or twice on the way home yesterday. I did notice whilst taking the screw out that holds the switch in drivers door post it was wet on the exposed threads in the post. I havn't had any noticeable water issues, and the footwell has only been wet once in 5 months. There is nothing obvious, and I'm loathed to fiddle too much, let the warranty boys sort it out !

Just had something similar
Get in and head down road, few minutes later either the interior lights would flicker or eventually just come on. Eventually narrowed it down to the passenger door. Got to the point that when i locked the doors the alarm would sound even with all the doors shut. Squirt of water displacing fluid into the switch and worked it a few times manually and it's been fine since. |

That is almost exactly my symptoms, except they are constantly on and take a while to go off, then flicker randomly. They are fine today. Just mucking it out and I have noticed a few water stains from leaks it is also wet under the front floor mat, drivers side

Hi Littledave12,
I had the same issue and then my alarm would sound when I locked it, I took it to Landrover as its only 5 months old, the wiring to the light sensor was not connected properly. Worth having a look |
