What hose is this please? Puma 2.4
Hi, sorry I'm not that familiar with the engine but I am familiar with oil and this hose (from what I can see) is leaking - specifically from where the rubber hose joins its own metal connection before attaching to the metal pipe. No obvious way to remove it from the metal pipe ie there's no clip.

A. What is this hose for?
B. Is it straight forward to replace?

Thanks for any help!

Hi.

Looks like the Air Con hose, They are swaged unions you are referring too, It could be redone if you have the machine to do it but really it'll mean a new hose and then having the system re gassed.

Indeed it is the aircon hose, it's an expensive one to replace @ about £150 +vat. Part no JUF500320
To replace it you need to get the system degassed and then remove remove the engine ecu for access to where the pipe is connected to the a/c evaporator. The pipe is a single assembly from the joint you show to the compressor inlet.
