Cut some coir mats to size as a stop gap whilst I decide whether to go for a full moulded rubber set or not.

Inspected the workmanship from the dealer on the "solution" to my water ingress issue.

Shockingly shoddy work. Start to realise that UK JLR dealers are a different breed from the ones in this country.
I think if that would happen here and JLR Switzerland would find out, there would not be needed much more for that dealership to be wrapped up and replaced by another. Eric You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |

Eric, sadly it's amazing what they think they can get away with. If I'd had known that they were going to let a 5 year old have a go with the sealant I'd have saved the cost of the fuel and got one of my kids to have a go. They've used so much it's squeezed all over the frame of the door as well! 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone

took it for a spin from Bickenhill to Craven Arms to Mallwyd to Builth Wells and back to visit various relatives. The Scan Gauge which normally records about 29mpg showed an average of 38mpg on the way back between Builth and Worcester this may be because of the rain and dark and a slower than normal average speed. Overall a very enjoyable drive in the British country side and relished every big puddle and little flood I encountered. DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,
I hope everyone is well and your land rovers make you happy |

It's quite an eye opener, both your defender and mine were built in the same factory, I bought mine in Switzerland and it simply does not leak .. I wonder if I was lucky or that LR Switzerland finish the job properly |
