I've already got one I'm afraid but thought I could at least provide some info.
It's very bright, has low power, full brightness and SOS flash modes. Extremely well built, solid and tidy. Docks very nicely into enclosure. Doesn't have any adjustable lens/beam pattern though. Just a fairly typical pattern of bright spot centre with enough 'flood' spread around to light up everywhere else a bit. Cheers, David Land Rovers of all shapes S3 onwards… Daily is a 110 V8. |

So what about location guys? The dash looks good but a bit obvious for me. I am thinking about the drivers side of the cubby as I lost that space to the wiring for the double din switch move anyway, front of the drivers seat box just below the latch? Or the rear doorcard but can't really gauge what space is needed until I have mine and it's the sort of thing I would like to hand from the seat. Andy

I was thinking the lower part of the trim around the rear side windows, just above the fuel filler on my 110. Don't know if there's enough clearance yet though. Cheers, David

Received mine today as promised by Dan...
Excellent quality item tbh, a lovely solid torch and good quality fittings... Not yet thought about where it might end up in the Special yet, but have some ideas to mull over now... Rog... The GREEN One... MY2016 Urban Truck Build Thread - http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic40548....al[/color] |
