And me. That looks like a much better place to put the underseat relays, is that what it actually is?

It is indeed a amended seat box housing all the relays and fuses for everything installed after market, so nothing to do with the original factory electrics. Clean solution, good access, easy to label as required.
I will have this installed after the winter to clean up my under bonnet relays, fuses and wiring spaghetti for the fogs, DRL, etc. Location of these relays inside the cabin with easy access is going to be much better than under the bonnet.
