So we enter another year and another excuse for building a wish list of mods.
My plans are: 1 - MUD bulkhead removal bar - awaiting delivery 2 - Exmoor Trim Lock and Fold rear seat install (LHS) - awaiting delivery 3 - Rear recovery point - lord knows what but I will need one 4 - Intercooler - saving the pennies 5 - Remap - saving the pennies and assessing the best option What is on the cards for 2016 for you guys? This one here is a certainty already.

You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |

All the jobs and ideas from last year that I didn't get round to.
Put relays to the headlights to reduce the load on the main switch. Replace the second row seats with my original front seats but I need to relocate the 'cargo barrier/dog guard' to allow more room. Add an on-board air system using an air-con pump and fit a tank. Add the Anderson socket to the rear that's been sat in the house for a few months. Start working on my Hi-Cap bodied Sankey to make it into a camping set up. Then there's all the day to day maintenance that goes with owning a Defender but first of all it looks like a gearbox overhaul is on the cards first as there's no synchromesh in second. I'm sure it'll keep me busy for 2016 |

My plan.
- Upgraded headlights loom. - Rear door gas strut. - Get IID Tool - Underside rust protection. - LED DRLs Would love the BAS remap, but is a bit of a problem to have to send the ECU to be modified. |

Buy a 110 v8 (they've become RARE on ebay in 'project condition' in the last 3 months since I started looking :/ ) and start on the big rebuild.

Well the dealer had it from Tues for the 5th time to try stop water ingress ...... I've just done LED lights ( not headlights yet ) and have sawtooths waiting to be fitted. Saving up for Bowler sills and bumper / back steps / steering guard ......
Have a great New Year and thanks to all those who have advised me through this forum in 2015..... |

ericvv - very nice! I'm assuming its an AUX fuse box rather than a relocation of the existing one?
Who makes it? Or is it custom made? |

I think I might get round to fitting my MUD glovebox and Heater deflector, which I purchased last August!
Also I will be planning a trip back to Urban to have their comfort springs fitted, maybe in February. Oh yeah almost forgot, that very generous chap called Santa got me a pair of blind spot mirrors so I will try and fit them this year as well Cheers Simon I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you 1990 110 TD5 county, my first Land Rover - gone 2012 Discovery 4 XS SDV6 - gone 2014 Discovery 4 XS SDV6 - gone 2015 Evoque SD4 dynamic - Wife’s - gone 2015 Urban Truck 90 XS Santorini Black Hard Top - Reluctantly gone 2020 Discovery 5 Eiger Grey 3.0 SE - gone March 24 2021 Defender S D250 Santorini Black 110 HT - gone March 24 2023 Evoque P300e SE wife’s current vehicle |
