Well I've been busy over the last few days.
I want to do the following. Rust proof the chassis Fit the roll cage. Convert it from a Pickup to a van. I started looking at the roll cage brackets that need to be attached to chassis and quickly realised that the rear brackets will not fit without removing the rear tub But on reflection it will make it easier to rust proof most of the chassis and change the pivot ball joint. I have ordered the Dinitrol and will follow the excellent guide on this site Tomorrow is a cleaning day and preparing for the application of the Dinitrol and replacing the a frame ball joint. I will get a quote for painting the roof and side panels. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Cheers Andy Never Knowingly Understood |

Today's efforts.
Ball joint replaced. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge I'm still working on the cleaning of the chassis. Dinitrol arrives tomorrow. The amount of mud and soil would have been hard to find with the rear tub on. Click image to enlarge Cheers Andy Never Knowingly Understood |
